Terms Of Service (T.O.S.)
You and your character(s) must be 18 years or older to commission artwork from me. By reading my T.O.S. and commissioning me, you agree to these rules.
Payment upfront and in-full via PayPal invoice.
Refunds not accepted unless art cannot be completed.
Refund amount depends on the amount of work already done.
Once linework is complete, refunds are completely off the table.
Current TAT is about 4 - 6 months. If there are any delays, I will do my best to speak with each individual personally.
You cannot remove or edit my watermark, or claim my artwork as your own.
You cannot use commissioned work to make profit unless commercial use has been agreed upon.
Commissions are asked for approval at the sketch phase, linework phase, flat color phase (if you purchased shading), then the final product is produced. If you notice an issues with your commissions after any approval stages, there is a fee depending on the complexity of the fix.
If your commission is fully completed and approved, any changes afterwards are unavailable.
Commissions with my personal character are allowed, but does not warrant a discount. You still have to pay the full extra character fee.
There is a +10% fee for any private commissions. This must be noted to the artist BEFORE commission is begun.
There is a +45% fee added to your order if you wish to have your commission by a certain time. This must be spoken about before payment.
CLOSE UPS SPECIFICALLY: You cannot have more than half of your character's body within the image. If you want more, you will be charged for a full body instead!
